Youth Development Practitioner Apprenticeship

The YPDA program is a registered apprenticeship program, certified by the U.S. Department of Labor (US DOL), to prepare entry level youth development professionals. As a registered apprenticeship, the program includes 3000-4000 hours of On the Job learning (OJL) and 350 hours of Related Technical Instruction (RTI). Apprentices are typically young people between the ages of 18-24.
