TNE Learning Network

Through a partnership between NIWL and 30 reform-oriented university based teacher preparation programs‚ the TNE Learning Network promotes institutional change in teacher education. In 2011‚ NIWL will publish Pursuing Excellence in Teacher Preparation: Evidence of Institutional Change from TNE Learning Network Universities‚ a report detailing transformations in teacher preparation at nine universities. The Learning Network is now poised to explore and document whether there is a relationship between different models of clinical practice and school district partnership and the ability of graduates to have a positive impact on the learning of students.
